This page is for shops that are past the sampling stage and want a real number. If you have not yet run our film on your own glass, with your own cutter and your own abrasive, start with a free sample instead — it costs you nothing but freight and it will make this conversation much shorter.
Who this is for
Glass shops, mirror fabricators, sign shops and decorative-glass producers who already run a plotter and a blast cabinet or booth, and who go through masking film by the pallet rather than by the roll. Our wholesale minimum is 30 rolls per SKU — one thickness, one width, one colour. Most production orders combine several SKUs.
If you use less than that in a year, we are not the cheapest way for you to buy film and we would rather say so now. A distributor carrying single rolls will serve you better.
What we make
| Thickness | Imperial | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 0.09 mm | ~3.5 mil | Fine detail, short blast cycles, tightest weeding |
| 0.13 mm | ~5.1 mil | General purpose — the volume seller |
| 0.15 mm | ~5.9 mil | Standard work with more margin for error |
| 0.18 mm | ~7.1 mil | Longer blast cycles, deeper carving |
| 0.22 mm | ~8.7 mil | Heaviest in the range, deep carve and multi-stage |
What we need in order to quote
- Thickness and width per SKU. Width matters more than people expect — cutting 1200 mm film down to 600 mm wastes money on both ends.
- Annual volume, honestly. Not the number you hope to hit. The number you actually consumed last year. We price against real consumption.
- Delivery city. Enough for a freight quote. We do not need your street address to price a pallet.
- What you buy today. Brand and supplier. If we cannot beat what you already have, we will tell you rather than waste a week.
How the pricing works
Price is set by thickness, width, colour and annual commitment. There is no published list — a shop taking 40 rolls a year and a shop taking 600 are not paying the same number, and pretending otherwise would mean overcharging one of them.
You will get a quote per roll and per square metre, so you can compare it directly against whatever you are buying now. We quote both ex-works and delivered. See shipping and lead times for how orders move.
Request pricing
We usually reply within one business day. A quote, not a brochure.
