You will not find a price on this page, and it is worth explaining why rather than pretending it is a policy quirk.
A glass sandblasting machine is configured, not picked off a shelf. Working width, glass thickness range, conveyor configuration, dust collection, abrasive recovery, and voltage all change the build. Two shops asking for “a glass sandblasting machine” can need equipment that differs substantially in cost. A single advertised number would be wrong for almost everyone who read it.
What we can do is show you exactly what drives the number, so that when you request a quote you already understand what you are looking at — and so you can compare quotes from anyone, not just us.
The machine itself
Working width
The largest single driver. Our vertical range spans roughly 1500 mm to 2500 mm of working width; horizontal models run from AD1200 to AD3100. Wider machines need a bigger chamber, longer nozzle travel, more abrasive in circulation, and more air. Cost does not scale linearly with width — it accelerates.
This is why the advice to size for your regular panel rather than your largest-ever panel is financial advice, not just practical advice.
Vertical or horizontal
Roughly comparable at equivalent capacity. The cost difference between the two is usually smaller than the difference between two widths of the same type. Choose on workflow fit — see vertical vs horizontal — not on price.

The costs that are not the machine
This is where budgets get broken. A machine quote is not a landed cost, and the gap is not small.
Compressed air
These machines run at 0.6–0.8 MPa continuously while blasting. If your compressor cannot sustain that, you will see pressure sag mid-cycle and visible banding on finished panels. Many first-time buyers need a compressor upgrade, and it is not a trivial line item.
Get this checked before you commit to the machine. Give your supplier your compressor output and tank size and ask for written confirmation that it is adequate.
Ocean freight
Machines ship by sea. Typical transit is 20–30 days depending on whether you are receiving on the East or West Coast and which port. Freight cost varies with machine size, destination port, and market rates at the time of booking.
Customs and duties
This one requires plain speaking. Import duty rates on this category of equipment have moved more than once in recent years, and they can change between the day you place an order and the day the container clears. Anyone who quotes you a fixed duty figure months in advance is guessing.
We handle customs clearance ourselves, and we quote the duty rate that applies at the time of quotation. What we cannot do is guarantee that rate will still apply at clearance. Build a contingency into your budget for this — it is the single most volatile number in the whole calculation.
Delivery, rigging and installation
Port to your door, then getting a heavy machine off a truck and into position. If your facility has a loading dock and forklift access this is straightforward. If it does not, ask about it early.
Facility preparation
- Floor area and, for vertical machines, ceiling height — measure before you order
- Electrical supply at the right voltage and phase
- Dust collection ducting and discharge
- Local permitting for air quality and workplace safety, which varies by state and municipality in the U.S.
The costs that repeat
Purchase price is a one-time number. These are the numbers that determine whether the machine is profitable.

If you are comparing a cheap machine against a more expensive one, compare five-year cost including abrasive, wear parts, downtime, and labour. The purchase price is frequently the smallest term in that equation.
What warranty coverage is worth
Two machines at the same price with different support arrangements are not the same purchase. Ours carry a five-year warranty on core components — motors, control system, and drives — and ship with roughly three years of wear parts included. Details are on the warranty and support page.
When comparing quotes, ask specifically: what is covered, for how long, who pays shipping on a warranty part, and what the response process looks like. A machine with no support relationship is cheaper on paper and considerably more expensive the first time it stops.
